Has the rat tail somehow squirmed it's way back into society or has my neighborhood experienced an influx of white trash children? Either way...it ain't right, I tell yah.
Yep, I've seen a few of those around in the mall. It's just stupid. It was stupid when they did it in the 80's and it's stupid now. Right up there with gauchos! lol Obviously, some of those kids whose mother's had the good sense not to let them wear that have now had children of their own to torture.

I was planning to cut my own hair into a rat tail. Just in time for Ashley's wedding.
Should I be grateful that I don't know what a rattail is? Or why a child would have one? Does this have something to do with Chernobyl?
